Upstream Energy Solutions
QUEVEDO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a privately owned independent oil company engaged in the exploration, acquisition and development of oil and gas reserves, primarily focused on opportunities in selected African basins. We act as a Local Content Partner and vehicle for any foreign oil companies interested in the development of assets located onshore, swamp and offshore Africa particularly in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. With the proposed changes to the Nigerian Oil & Gas Regulatory framework namely the “Petroleum Industry and Nigerian Local Content Bills” coupled with our international experience, we are positioning QUEVEDO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to be the partner of choice for companies seeking to enter or remain relevant in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.We will continue to source for oil and gas assets either as an operator or in partnership with reputable Multinational Oil Companies, whilst actively chasing farm-in opportunities in selected African countries such as Liberia, Sao-Tome & Principe, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Angola, Gabon, and Sierra Leone.

QUEVEDO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED provides an enabling business platform for potential Joint Venture Company (JVC) partnership as follows:• Register the JVC / Nigeria Subsidiary and ensure it meets all government regulation requirements for the oil & gas industry
• Provision of Infrastructural and logistic facilities for the JVC / Nigeria Subsidiary
• Provide the JVC / Nigeria Subsidiary with an extensive client base within the oil & gas industry
